We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Executive to join our team in Jacksonville. The HR Executive will play a key role in managing various HR functions and implementing strategies to support the company's goals and objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding processes
- Conduct employee orientations and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately
- Administer employee benefits programs and assist employees with benefit-related inquiries
- Handle employee relations matters and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and initiatives
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
- Support process improvement initiatives within the HR department
Skills:
- Proven experience as an HR Specialist or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of employment labor laws and regulations
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to negotiate contracts and resolve conflicts effectively
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills
